I have lived in Chicago for 3 years and have had the pleasure of working with Vlad on locating the perfect apartments for me. I have a young daughter, so my apartment specifications were quite lengthy. I was also working with somewhat of a limited budget. Location is key - my favorite part of Chicago is the lake, so I wanted to have a view or be within walking distance, but the home needed to also be a convenient commute to work and my daughter's school. The area needed to be family-friendly and safe, with parks, restaurants, and stores nearby. All of this with an updated, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment within my limited budget. The task wasn't easy, but after many showings we found a wonderful place thanks to Vlad's knowledge, diligence, and research. I couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the Chicago area.
